    The extensive pool area was a highlight for my kids. They loved the aqua aerobics session we joined and hanging out on the beach bar's beanbags. The drinks were tasty and reasonably priced.

    My children wished for dinner options that cater to families after hours. It was challenging to find a suitable dining option late at night, especially when arriving tired from our flight.

    The breakfast buffet blew me away with its variety. The chef and staff in that area earned a solid 10 out of 10 from me. I really appreciated the warm welcome at check-in and the cold water given to us while we settled in. The room was spacious and had a lovely bathtub. I faced some challenges. Room service took almost an hour and a half, and I had to remind staff more than once about a laundry bag I requested. My room was only cleaned once during my six-night stay, which left me without essential items like water and toilet paper. Plus, there wasn't a mini-bar in the room.
